Peer Leadership/Student Dev

This course will provide students with the foundational knowledge in Student Development theory necessary to become effective leaders on campus, in the community and in their professions. This course will explore the competencies which characterize effective student leadership as well as examine strategies for working with individuals and groups. Students will gain both theoretical and practical skills necessary for success in both their personal and professional lives.
