Magazine & Feature Writing

Learn how the pros at Sports Illustrated, Cosmopolitan, Time, and National Geographic produce feature-length journalism. Students will be introduced to the basics of journalistic research, in-depth reporting, and interviewing, as well as narrative nonfiction writing techniques through an exploration of award-winning feature stories. The course culminates in the production of a student-produced topical print magazine.
