Total Compensation

This course focuses on examining various situations, contingencies, practical tactics and techniques as they relate to the roles within a business. Thinking like a compensation manager, the students will gain an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of strategies used by business leaders and learn to assess a variety of situations regarding the most appropriate approaches in maximizing employees' performance and methods to train them to great performance.
