History VA Paleolithic-Gothic

Examines the historical context of visual arts styles from cave paintings to the seventeenth century by analyzing major works in terms of technical characteristics,composition, and aesthetic expression. This course meets the General Education International/Global Interdependence requirement or the General Education Humanities Breadth requirement, and the Reading/Writing Enhanced requirement.Prerequisite for RWE: WRIT 1400 and WRIT 1500.
